100% vegetable and natural stock, well-tolerated and easy to digest, particularly suitable for controlled diets. It contains no glutamate, lactose, gluten and GMOs. The delicate and balanced taste of a good vegetable stock. Ideal in the preparation of broths, soups, creams and risottos; as a seasoning agent in place of salt to give ‘succulence’ and enrich the flavour of sauces, gravies, stuffings, main courses and side dishes in general.

Salt, potato starch, yeast extract, maltodextrins (potato, corn), dehydrated vegetables* (onion, carrot, celery, parsley) (10%), sunflower oil, spices, natural flavouring, antioxidant: rosemary extract.
*Ingredients of EU origin
Stock: dissolve 20-22 g of product (one tablespoon) in one litre of hot water and boil for a few minutes.
Seasoning: use instead of salt by sprinkling over food before or after cooking.
Store in a cool dry place. Do not expose to temperatures above 30 °C.
