Granulated preparation for broth and seasoning. Rich flavor, with 7% premium-quality porcini mushrooms in crumbs and powder. Ideal for enhancing mushroom notes in soups, risottos, sauces, fillings, main courses, and side dishes with mushrooms. Gluten-free, lactose-free, and free of hydrogenated fats.
Salt, flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate. Palm fat, dried porcini mushrooms (7%), sugar, maltodextrins (potato, corn), dried vegetables (carrot, onion, garlic), yeast extract, flavorings, pepper, antioxidant: rosemary extract.
Broth: dissolve 20–22 g of product (a heaping tablespoon) in one liter of hot water and boil for a few minutes.
Seasoning: use as a salt substitute.
Store in a cool, dry place. Do not expose to temperatures above 30°C.
