Granulated preparation for stock and seasoning with top quality beef extract and saffron. Free from gluten, lactose and hydrogenated fat A special stock, prepared by slow cooking to maintain all the nuances of taste and aroma of its precious ingredients. Rich in extracts and vegetables, it has a full and balanced flavour, typical of a good home-made meat stock. Easy to use for a high quality result. It has a universal appeal and adapts well to all recipes. It is ideal for preparing excellent stocks, soups, and risottos. Used as a flavouring, added directly to recipes or in place of salt, it balances and enhances the flavour of sauces, gravies, main dishes and side dishes in general.

Salt, flavour enhancers: monosodium glutamate, disodium guanylate, disodium inosinate Maltodextrins (potatoes, corn), palm oil, sugar, beef extract * (3%), concentrated beef stock (2%), yeast extract, dehydrated vegetables (onion, carrot, celery) (1.5%), flavourings (contains soy), spices, saffron, antioxidant: rosemary extract. *Ingredients of EU/non-EU origin
Stock: dissolve 20-22 g of product (one tablespoon) in one litre of hot water and boil for a few minutes.
Seasoning: use instead of salt by sprinkling over food before or after cooking.
Store in a cool dry place. Do not expose to temperatures above 30 °C.
