Use as a total or partial substitute for salt, before, during or after cooking. It can be used in the oven, on the grill, in the frying pan, in the preparation of marinades, for meat, fish, vegetables and eggs. Also excellent raw on salads and sandwiches.
Store in a cool dry place. Do not expose to temperatures above 30 °C.
