All-purpose: perfect for all meat and vegetable recipes, ideal for stocks, soups, risottos, sauces, gravies, main courses and side dishes.
Very high-quality granular mix for stock and seasoning. It has a universal appeal and adapts well to all recipes. Made with real beef stock concentrate, obtained by slow cooking beef meat and bones. Does not contain artificial flavourings to keep all the wonderful aromatic flavours of the real meat stock intact. Does not contain gluten, lactose, hydrogenated fats and palm oil to offer the chef a product suitable for all. It is ideal for preparing excellent stocks, soups, and risottos. Used as a flavouring, added directly to recipes or in place of salt, it balances and enhances the flavour of sauces, gravies, main dishes and side dishes in general.

Salt, flavour enhancer: monosodium glutamate. Maltodextrins (potatoes, corn), yeast extract, coconut and sunflower oil, sugar, beef stock concentrate (3.5%), dried vegetables (onion, carrot, celery) (1.5%), natural flavourings, spices, food colouring: plain caramel. Saffron, antioxidant: rosemary extract.

Allergens: celery.
Stock: dissolve 20-22 g of product (one generous tablespoon) in one litre of hot water and boil for a few minutes.
Seasoning: use instead of salt by sprinkling over food before or after cooking.
Store in a cool dry place. Do not expose to temperatures above 30 °C.
