Salt, flavour enhancers: monosodium glutamate, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate. Dehydrated fish * (cod, white fish) (13%), yeast extract, palm oil, maltodextrins (potatoes, corn), onion, pepper, antioxidant: rosemary extract.

Allergens: fish.
Stock: dissolve 20-22 g of product (one generous tablespoon) in one litre of hot water and boil for a few minutes.
Seasoning: use instead of salt by sprinkling over food before or after cooking.
Store in a cool dry place. Do not expose to temperatures above 30 °C.
