Traditionally, stocks such as Brown Stock and Fish Fumet are bouillon concentrates, rich in flavour, obtained from the slow cooking of meat or fish, bones or fishbones, with the addition of aromatic herbs, spices and aromas. The resulting filtered and skimmed concentrate is perfect for preparing gravies or completing and giving extra consistency to dishes such as soups, risottos, sauces, sides and other meat and fish-based recipes.

GRANULATED BROWN STOCK

GRANULATED FISH FUMET

A rich recipe with fish and shellfish to enrich seafood specialities. A granulated fumet, unsalted, lightly thickening, with an intense and refined flavour, just like the best traditional fumets. Ideal for preparing gravies to accompany fish and shellfish and to enhance the flavour of stocks, sauces, risottos, soups and all fish-based dishes.
